Embraced by the love of her family, Sandra Evans passed away peacefully at University Hospital, London, on Wednesday, July 4, 2012, at the age of 62. Beloved daughter of Helen Evans of Glencoe and the late Jack Evans. Dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of Nancy and Bill Whitelaw of Lambeth, Barbara and John Singleton of Napanee, and Kathy Evans and Dale Bray of Glencoe. Dear aunt of Andy and Alisha Whitelaw and family, Lisa Whitelaw, Tom Singleton and Katie Speck, Jordan Bray and Carrie Vanos, and Joel Bray. Fondly remembered by her aunts and uncles Jean McCallum, Dorothy Mills, Bob Gentleman, Terry and Joan Gentleman, and Doreen Gentleman, and by her many cousins. Sandra will also be missed by her friends and caregivers at Mount Hope, which was her home for the past fifteen years. Our heartfelt thanks go to Mount Hope’s caring and dedicated staff and volunteers.
