At CEE site of Bluewater Health, Petrolia on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, Ruby Irene (nee Jones) Campbell of Alvinston in her 97th year. Predeceased by her husbands, Arthur Blackmore (1963), Bill Abbott (1974) and Douglas Campbell (1996). Survived by her children, Ken Blackmore of Oldcastle, Shirley Blackmore of Port Stanley, Richard Blackmore of Toronto and Robert Blackmore of Alvinston, as well as 14 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Douglas Blackmore (1975) and daughter Maxine Ross (1998) and 2 sisters, Audrey Jones and Hazel Lacey and brother Norman Jones. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Visitation Centre, 3232 River St., Alvinston on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Friday March 1, 2013 at 11a.m. Pastor Mervin Jaques officiating. Interment to follow at the Alvinston Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or Community of Christ Church, Bothwell.
