At Brookside Retirement Living, Watford, with her family by her side, on Thursday, October 10, 2019, Norma Jean Hannon R.N. (nee Willis) passed away peacefully in her 84th year. Predeceased by the love of her life, husband of 54 years, Harold (2011). Beloved mother of Carol Lajoie (André), Jeff Hannon (Donna) and Linda Butler (Brian). Sweet grandmother of Cora Flora, Natalie Allison (Jay), Joshua Hannon (Kailey), Kaitlyn MacPherson (D.J.), Melissa Butler, Branden Butler (Shelby) and great grandmother of Evan, Luke, Emily, Colin, Cohen and Crew. Predeceased by her brother Raymond Willis. Survived by her sister-in-law Teresa Crevier. Norma was a caring nurse for over 40 years. She was a music lover and gifted soloist who graced many a church stage. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, Alvinston on Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. where the Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 15th at 11 a.m Rev. Jim Breen officiating. Interment to follow at the Alvinston Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation or Bluewater Health Foundation CEE Site.
