At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, Myles Francis Fitzpatrick of Alvinston in his 78th year. Survived by his children; Kevin (Suzette), Tim, Troy (Debbie) and Barb (Dan) Lightfoot, grandchildren; Tiffany (Jared), Samantha (Cody), Danielle, Paige and Kali and great grandchildren; Josh, Caleb, Demi and Micah as well as 2 sisters; Kathleen (Joe) Davidson, Heather (Bill) Wallis and brother Dan Fitzpatrick (Joan). Fondly remembered by Anna May Fitzpatrick and by his brother-in-law Stan McKinlay and the McKinlay family. Predeceased by his brother Sean. Myles was a Korean War Veteran and will always be remembered for his love of the trailer park and his passion for fishing. In keeping with Myles’ wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be from 7-9 pm on Tuesday, June 25 at a the Van Heck Visitation Centre, 3232 River Street, Alvinston where a Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 26 at 1 pm. Fr. Tom Donohue officiating. Interment to follow at the Alvinston Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Alvinston Library (Municipality of Brooke Alvinston).
