At London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, Lois Jean Field (nee McCutcheon) of R.R. 6 Alvinston passed away in her 89th year. Predeceased by her husband Ken in 2001. Survived by her children, Douglas Field (late Beverly) of Belleville, Gary Field (Sophie) of Strathroy, Ruth Ann Long (Rick Stern) of Medicine Hat AB, and Scott Field (Jacqueline Bonnici) of Whitby, her grandchildren Alicia Long (Thomas Male), Jonathon Long (Lacey Andreas), Dustin Field (Abyan Mahmoud), Michael Field and Robert Field and great-grandson Leo Male. Also survived by her sister Ruth Campbell and 2 sisters-in-law Margaret Field and Marjorie Walker as well as several nieces and nephews. Lois was a retired teacher, member of Burns (Mosa) Presbyterian Church and a Lois Club Member. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5-8 p.m. at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 10 at 11 a.m. Rev. Michael Burns officiating. Interment to follow at the Kilmartin Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Burns (Mosa) Presbyterian Church.
