Leon Eaton of Strathroy and formerly of Glencoe passed away in his 93rd year on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Sprucedale Care Centre, Strathroy. Beloved husband of the late Patricia Eaton (2014). Dear father of Janet (Dan) Muscutt, Cheryl (Brian) Bazay and Nancy (Jim) Smith. Loved by his grandchildren Mark (Kelly) Muscutt, Michelle (Ken) Irvine, Michael (Casie) Bazay, Greg, John and David Bazay and Marlo (Jeff) Jacques. Predeceased by grandson Chad Smith (2006). 10 loving great grandchildren also survive. Dear brother of Irene Carruthers (late Glen). Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes street, Glencoe on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 12 at 11 a.m. Rev. Amanda MacMillan officiating. Interment to follow at the Oakland Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Sprucedale Care Centre Family Council or Charity of your choice.
