Peacefully with family by her side at Victoria Hospital on December 16, 2023, Jean Windsor of London passed away in her 71st year. Loving wife to Barry for 53 years. Dear mother to Kelly (Mark) Muscutt and Steve Windsor. Grandmother to Sierra and Cayden. She will be missed by her mother-in-law Joy and the late Don Windsor. Predeceased by her parents Raymond and Germaine De Caluwe. Following Jean’s wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, family are accepting funds to assist with end of life expenses.
