At Bluewater Health, Sarnia, on Monday, February 25, 2019, Dorothy Louise Smith of Brooke Twp., passed away in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Hubert Smith (1981). Daughter of the late Francis and Clara Coleman. Loving mother of David Smith of Brooke Twp. and Connie (Ron) Bell of Lambton Shores. Special grandma of Leanne Bell-DeVries and her husband Ryan DeVries of Sarnia and the late Jeff Bell (2008). Survived by brothers Doug (Nancy) Coleman of Alvinston and Jim Coleman (Kathy) of London and sister-in-law Dian Smith of Brantford. Predeceased by brother Victor (late Francis) Coleman and sisters Marjorie Bindner –Wilson (late Charles Bindner/late Ivan Wilson) and Joanne Badder (late Orlo) and sister-in-law Margaret Coleman. Dorothy will be missed by her many nieces and nephews of whom she was all very fond of. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Charles Garnier Church, 244 Stella Street, Glencoe on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation one hour prior to Mass at the Church. Interment to follow at St. Matthew’s Cemetery, Alvinston. Memorial donations may be made to The War Amps.
