Suddenly in Strathroy, on Monday, February 17, 2014, Verne Douglas “Buster” Crawford of Glencoe in his 67th year. Beloved husband of Karen and dear father of Collette Crawford (Trevor), Colleen Crawford and Jason Crawford and loving grandfather of Madison. Dear brother of Bob (Dorothy) Crawford, George Crawford (Marlene), Uric Crawford, Susan (Mark) Conley, Sally Crawford (Jim Chalmers), Johnny (Debbie) Crawford and Danny Crawford. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Vernon and Illa Crawford. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes St., Glencoe on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st at 11 am.
