At Bluewater Health CEE Site, Petrolia on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, William George “Bill” Phillips formerly of Inwood passed away in his 95th year. Predeceased by his wife Jenny (2012). Dear father of Don (Penny) Phillips and Dennis (Janice) Phillips and grandfather of Jackie Phillips (Pete), Rachel (Brent) Cornell, Michael (Jill) McLean, Danielle McLean, Philip (Nancy) Lang, Nicole Phillips (Adam) and Marney Phillips (Jimmy) and great-grandfather of Philip Jr., Pearce and Arianna Lang and Huxley Cornell. Also survived by 2 sisters, Alberta Kerr and Joyce (Bob) McCordic. Predeceased by an infant daughter Nancy (1947). Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 3232 River Street, Alvinston on Monday evening from 5-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 25th at 11 a.m. Rev. Dr. Christine Jerrett officiating. Interment to follow at the Alvinston Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the CEE Hospital Foundation.
