At C.E.E. Site of Bluewater Health, Petrolia, Betty (Carmichael) Lightfoot of Alvinston passed away at the age of 80. Survived by her sons, Ronald Lightfoot (Josie) and James Lightfoot, and 2 granddaughters, Nikki Lightfoot (Andy) and Lacie Beutler (Jason), great grandchildren, Hailey, Braydon, Jestyn, Connor and Maddison, and by her brother Jim Carmichael (Lorraine). Predeceased by her sister Margaret Coleman and grandson David Lightfoot. In keeping with Betty’s wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside interment service will held at the Alvinston Cemetery on Wednesday, November 26 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Jim Breen officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Muscular Dystrophy Association.
