On Thursday, September 5, 2019, Ann Virginia (nee Stallaert) Van Heck of Glencoe passed away in her 91st year at Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy where she had called home for the last 11 years. Predeceased by her husband Alex (2000) and daughter Deborah (1986). Survived by her daughters Patricia Graham (Stewart) and Gail Pardy and her son Alex Van Heck, her grandchildren, Wade Graham, Teresa Eagleson, Lisa McLeod, Jarrod Cameron, Erica Gyurom, Drew Pardy, Justin Pardy, Jordan Van Heck and Austin Van Heck and several great-grandchildren. Ann is the last of her generation and was predeceased by her siblings, Cornelius, Cecil, Remi and Stanley Stallaert and Matilda Boddaert and Florein Denys. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Charles Garnier Church, 244 Stella Street, Glencoe on Monday, September 9th at 10:00 a.m. Rev. D. Matthew Bedard presiding. Interment to follow at the Oakland Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Charles Church (Building Fund) or Strathmere Lodge Auxiliary.
