Karen Kendrick

At Caressant Care on Bonnie Place, St. Thomas, on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, Karen Jean Kendrick of Glencoe passed away in her 59th year. Daughter of the late Doris (McAlpine) and Kenneth Kendrick. Predeceased by her husband James Albert Diamond. Survived by her best friend and soul mate Bob Buchan, her uncle Stephen Kendrick and her aunt Joyce Volkers. Karen will be fondly remembered by Linda Buchan, Brian Buchan of Rodney and Karen and Terry Boys and their family of Tillsonburg. Many friends and relatives also survive. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 26 at 1:30 p.m. at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment to follow at the Oakland Cemetery. Karen will be remembered for her love of music, as church organist and her involvement in the Ladies Choir “The Trouble Makers” that she performed with. She was Librarian at Glencoe Public Library for many years as well. Memorial donations may be made to Glencoe Animal Shelter
