Peacefully at Watford Quality Care Centre on Saturday, September 15, 2012 Frances Earl formerly of Alvinston in her 89th year. Predeceased by her husband Kenneth Earl (2003) and her daughter Helen Welch (2005). Survived her grandsons, Jeff, Robert and Stephen Welch and son-in-law Larry Welch. Fondly remembered by her great niece, Judy Dupuis and family. Also survived by the Pavey family and sister-in-law of Gary (Rosemary) Earl and Peggy (Marvin) Berry. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Visitation Centre, 3232 River St., Alvinston on Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. and for the hour prior to the service to be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 18,2012, Rev.
