At Brampton Civic Hospital, on Saturday, August 4, 2012, Martin Arnold Tanner of Rexdale in his 86th year. Son of the late Joseph and Jessie (Hathaway) Tanner who resided in Ekfrid Twp. Dear father of Bruce (Rita) Tanner, Evelyn Langdon and Brian (Susie) Tanner and grandfather of Catherine Tanner, Kenny Tanner, Barry Tanner, Cheri Spiteri, Denise Anteo, Josie Ripley and Sylvia Lima and great grandfather to 6. Also survived by one sister Lila Carr. He was a member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 286 for 58 years. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes St., Glencoe on Thursday, August 9 for the hour prior to the funeral service to take place at 1:30 p.m. Rev.
