At Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, John Frank Misek of Alvinston passed away in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Helen Ann Misek (October 2018). Dear father of Irene Williamson (Paul), Christine Misek and Margaret Misek-Evans (Peter) and grandfather of Rebecca Williamson, Cynthia Williamson, Eric Williamson, Piers Evans (Rebecca Smyth), Benjamin Evans (Teri-Lynn) and Henry Evans. Also survived by 1 sister Maria in Slovakia. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Susan Misek and siblings Susan, Annie, Joe and Andy Misek in Slovakia. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 3232 River Street, Alvinston on Monday from 3:30 to 7:30p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Watford on Tuesday, March 26 at 11 a.m. Fr. Tom Donohue Celebrant. Interment St. Matthew’s Cemetery, Alvinston. Memorial donations may be made to Bluewater Health Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
