At Four Counties Health Services, Newbury on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, James Ferguson of Alvinston, passed away in his 86thyear. Son of the late Gordon & Alice (Gardiner). Dear brother of Ruth of Chesley. Beloved Uncle of Linda (Al) Kaiser and Laurie (Mark) Vanderploeg and great-nieces, Katie Kaiser (Will Schultz), Jenny Kaiser (Cole Herglotz), Emily Kaiser (Adam Drigan), Heather Kaiser, Catherine Vanderploeg and Carolyn Vanderploeg (Nathan Lightfoot). Remembered by sister in-law Elizabeth Garrett. Predeceased by his sister Alice (late Don) Eedy. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 3232 River St. Alvinston on Saturday, February 9thwhere the funeral service be held at 11am. Visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow at Alvinston Cemetery. Memorial donations would be appreciated to Four Counties Health Services Foundation or Hope United Church (Summer camps).
