It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Doris Carnegie, formerly of Glencoe on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Extendicare, St. Catharines in her 96th year. Predeceased by her husband Gordon Carnegie. She was the mother of 5 children, late Mike Carnegie, Sharon Provins (late Johnny), Wendy Dike (John), Don Bloom (Carol) and Ross Carnegie (Linda). She also leaves behind 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren 2 brothers and 3 sisters as well several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a granddaughter Lisa Bloom and 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes street, Glencoe on Saturday, February 10 from 11 am to 1 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the Oakland Cemetery.
