At Fiddick’s Nursing Home, Petrolia on Sunday, July 24, 2016, Evelyn Jean Myers (nee McGugan) of Brooke Twp., in her 83rd year. Predeceased by her husband Donald Myers in 2014. Dear mother of Debra Bender and her husband Ken. Sister of late Marie McBain (Murray) and Ray (Jessie) McGugan. Sister-in-law of late Willa Johnston (late Nelson), late Phyllis (late Ross) Johnston, Jean Johnston (late Lloyd), late John Myers (Nancy) and Bernice Pringle (Cliff). Several nieces and nephews and their families also survive. Visitation Wednesday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 3232 River Street, Alvinston where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 11 a.m. Rev. Jim Breen officiating. Interment to follow at the Alvinston Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Hope United Church, Alvinston.
