At Four Counties Health Services, Newbury on Friday, September 11, 2015, Ivan Robert Wilson of Glencoe and formerly of Alvinston passed away in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Marjore Bindner-Wilson. Dear father of Bonnie (Peter) Sterling of Strathroy, Brenda (Bob) Brenko of St. Clair Beach, Bob (Maureen) Wilson of Bothwell and step father of Francis Bindner of Goderich, Michael (Connie) Bindner of Tilbury, Joe (Bernice) Bindner of London, Mary Louise (Jim) Hayter of Alvinston, Catherine (Richard) Cadogan of London and Patti (Alec) McLachlin of Alvinston. Also survived by 20 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren and one sister Rita Luxton of St. Thomas. Predeceased by his first wife Betty and 1 sister Ruby Swartz and 3 brothers Orval, Fred and Lyle Wilson. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes St., Glencoe on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Charles Garnier Church, 244 Stella Street, Glencoe on Tuesday, September 15 at 1:00p.m. Rev. D. Matthew Bedard officiating. Interment to follow at the Alvinston Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Four Counties Health Services (Palliative Care).
