At Oneida Long Term Care, on Monday August 3, 2015, Gerald D. “Jerry” Belrose of Glencoe passed away in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Marjory for 60 years. Dear father of Richard (Debbie) of Swift Current SK, Cindy (Dwayne) Bacon of Bruderheim AB, Greg (Mary) of Melbourne and Dan (Angie) of Fergus. Loving grandfather of Holly, Ashley, Carlene (Dean) Peterson, Kendra (Ryan) Gushue, Mairi, Pete, Jordan and Evan and great grandfather of Grace, Shay, Madison, Jaxon, Aubrey and Bridget. Also survived by one sister, Evelyn Batten. Predeceased by his sister Violet Adams and brother Benson Belrose. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes Street, Glencoe on Thursday evening from 7-9 p.m. where the Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 7th at 11 a.m Rev. Richard Golden officiating. Interment to follow at the Longwoods Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
