Peacefully at Ashwood Manor, Lambeth, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, Hugh Nisbet, formerly of Dorchester and Wardsville passed away in his 90th year. Predeceased by his wife Dorothy (Moore) in 2016. Dear father of Barry (Chris) Nisbet and Joy (Brian) Hardy. Loved grandpa of Trevor (Mira) Nisbet, Thomas Nisbet, Hayley Nisbet (Ryan Hemphill) and Sarah Hardy. Hugh is predeceased by his brothers Gord and Don. Visitation will be held at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes St. Glencoe on Monday March 27 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held. Memorial donations may be made to St. John’s Presbyterian Church, Wardsville or Dorchester Presbyterian Church.
