Peacefully at her home in Glencoe on Monday, September 30, 2013, Myrtle (Joyes) Tait passed away in her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband William in 1996. Dear mother of the late Georgina Philpott (2011) (late Dennis), Debbi Archer (Mark) Mt. Brydges, Ric Tait (late Sandra) Newbury, Heather Rowe (Ted) Glencoe. Loving grandmother of late Dennis, Christine (Roger) and Alan Philpott, Ange Emmerton (Shane), Joe Archer (Rachelle), Richard, Robert Tait, Sierra Lindsay (Greg), Bradey Tait, Melissa Frederickson (Jon), Edward (Kyla), Douglas, Darlene and Tylar Rowe. Also survived by 21 grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren and her sisters and brothers; Bertha Buliga (John), Joe Joyes, Ron Joyes (Shirley) and Linda MacDonald. Predeceased by 11 brothers and sisters. Relatives and friends will be received at the Van Heck Funeral Home, 172 Symes St., Glencoe on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4 at 11 a.m. Rev. Deb Dolbear-Van Bilsen officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery, London. Memorial donations may be made to Sunshine Foundation of Canada.
