At Victoria Campus of London Health Sciences Centre, on Monday, February 15, 2021, Robert William “Bob” Purdy of Newbury passed away in his 80thyear. Beloved husband of nearly 59 years to Annie (Pituk). Survived by 3 sons, William (Tracey), Thomas (Sandy), John (Deanne) and daughter Joanna Thornton (Malcolm), 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Bob is predeceased by his parents Ethridge and Vera (Palmer) Purdy and brothers Henry, Lenard, Gordon and 1 sister Joyce. He was a retired electrician and a member of Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 583 Newbury. Cremation has taken place.
