Peacefully at Beattie Haven Retirement Community, Wardsville, on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, Margaret Elizabeth McPherson (nee Coulthard) of Glencoe passed away in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Angus McPherson (1993). Dear mother of Hugh McPherson (Tonia) and their daughter Natalie, Janet MacLean (Ian) and Diane Voll (Mark). Proud grandma of Carrie and Jaime. Dear sister of Irene Carruthers, Ruth Coulthard and Bob Coulthard and his wife Jeanne. Margaret will always be remembered by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her sister-in-law, Mary Sterritt (Charles). She enjoyed travelling, her volunteer work and her church community. Our sincere thanks to the staff at Beattie Haven for their compassionate care. In Keeping with Margaret’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial service to honour her life will be held at Glencoe Presbyterian Church on Saturday March 9 at 1:00p.m. Rev. Deb Dolbear-VanBilsen officiating. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Glencoe Presbyterian Church or Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation.
